A script written from scratch, with your input and approval at every stage
A pre-wedding meeting to go over every detail and finish the paperwork (on-site rehearsals are an additional fee)
A Bose PA with wireless microphone, and a white timber signing table with two chairs, if you need them

Before the day
Lovers’ HQ, a members-only area of my site with sample vows, readings, a vow writing guide and ritual ideas
A planning meeting, in person or online, where we start mapping your ceremony and get your legal paperwork underway
A couple’s Q+A, so I learn who you are separately and together
Vow writing help, if you want it
Direct contact with your venue, photographer, videographer, musicians and other suppliers
Behind the scenes
A backup celebrant, so the day goes ahead no matter what
Return travel from Adelaide to your venue
All stationery, printing and admin, including vow cards and a commemorative marriage certificate

You get a ceremony written for the two of you, and someone else looking after the suppliers, the paperwork and the backup plan. There are no guest limits and no restrictions on date or location, so the ceremony fits the wedding you’re planning, not the other way round.

1. Say hello
IMAGE CREDIT:
Your date is secured once the booking fee is paid and the contract is signed. You’ll get a welcome pack covering the process and timings from here, plus access to an Lovers’ HQ on my website with plenty of useful info and extras, as well as a questionnaire to help me understand your story, personalities, values and vision for the ceremony.
2. Planning

I write your ceremony from scratch and send it to you for your review. You also get vow guidance and vendor coordination.
3. Written, then polished
IMAGE CREDIT:
One last catch-up before the day to confirm the details and settle any nerves. We complete more of the legal paperwork at this step. If you’ve added an on-site rehearsal to your package, we do it here.
4. The pre-wedding check-in

I take care of ceremony logistics, cue the music, guide your wedding party and keep everyone calm. You’re legally married by the end of it and have kicked off your celebrations with all the right vibes.
5. Your wedding day

I submit your marriage paperwork promptly, so the legal side is finished without you having to chase it. I’ll send you a note after the wedding with some post-wedding tips, and if you were happy with how it all went, a Google review is always a blessing.
6. After the dayFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I start with my Couples Questionnaire, which covers how you met, the milestones and the inside jokes only you two understand. Then we sit down, in person or on a video call, and you tell me the rest. The stories and details you give me go into the ceremony.

Yes. Bring your own, or use the ideas in Lovers’ HQ as a starting point. I’ll build the ceremony around what you choose.

That’s normal, and it’s what the planning meeting and Q+A are for. You don’t need to arrive with a plan.

Set aside 30 minutes in your run sheet. The ceremony itself usually runs 20 to 25 minutes, depending on how many laughs and tears it collects.

Any day, any time, anywhere, with no guest limit. Return travel from Adelaide is included when I pull together your quote.

We go over every detail at your pre-wedding meeting. On-site rehearsals are available for an additional fee.

A backup Authorised Marriage Celebrant is part of every package, so your wedding goes ahead no matter what.
